Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: A jacket potatoe (medium) with a slice of ham & salad
Dinner: weightwatchers Beef lasange + a small bowl of pineapple chunks
Drinks: 3x 250ml of orange squash + tea with semi skimmed milk+ 500ml of diet coke
Exercise: 20 mins walking
