weighloss diary continued

Tuesday 22nd March 2011

Breakfast: 1 whetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: jacket potatoe (large) with mushrooms+salad+a salmon fillett

Dinner: small ham and mushroom salad + a pack of weightwatchers cookies (a pack = x2 cookies) + a box or raisins

Drinks: 250ml of diet coke (can) 2x 250ml of orange squash

Exercise: 20 mins walking
