Breakfast: Fruit + fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: x6 melba toast with a small ham salad
Dinner: Lightchoice Spaggetti meatballs
Snacks: small box of raisins
Drinks: 250ml of diet coke + a cup of orange squash + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 10 mins walking
