Breakfast: 1 wheat a bix with semi skimmed milk
lunch: small plate of salad with 2 mushrooms a tea spoon of tomatoe and chicken cous cous and sweetcorn
dinner: lightchoices chicken korma + an apple
Snacks: a small box of raisins
Drinks: 250ml orange squash x2 + 250ml diet coke (can) +tea with semi skimmed milk
