Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: small salad with a teaspoon of philidelphia light a handful of currents & 5 crackers
Dinner: jacket potatoe (medium) with light choice meatballs and spaggetti + salad + a small fruit salad (1 apple + 2 small tangerines chopped up)
Drinks: 250ml orange juice + 250ml of diet coke + tea with semi skimmed milk.
Exercise: 10 mins walking
