Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi-skimmed milk
lunch: 5 crackers with light philidelphia + a pack of weightwatchers cookies (2 in each pack) + a small box of raisins
dinner: lightchoice spagetti bowl + greek yoghurt (honey) (low fat) +apple
drinks: 2x 250ml diet coke (can) +500ml organge juice
exercise: 10 mins walk
