Breakfast: 1 wheatabix +semi-skimmed milk
Lunch: sliced apples in a small tub, a pack of weightwatchers cookies (2 in each pack),a small box of raisins, greek yoghurt low fat(honey)
Dinner: Weightwatchers beef lasange + a small bowl of pineapple chunks
Snacks: small box of raisins
Drinks: 500ml of orange juice+ 2x 250ml diet coke (can)
Exercise: 10 mins walk
