Breakfast: mixed fruit cereal (like bran flakes with dry fruit) +semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Jacket potatoe with cooked ham +colesalw +salad
Dinner: Medium Bowl of spaggetti bowl (homemade)
Snacks: Raisins small box
Drinks: 250ml diet coke x2(can)
Exercise: 1 hours walking around town + 10mins on xbox kinnect
