Breakfast: sainsburys fruit cereal (like bran flakes and dry fruit)+semi skimmed milk
Lunch Nothing
Dinner: Roast chicken (half) carrots,peas,stuffing ball (smallx2) quarter of a yorkshire pudding(wanted it all but was sensible and gave rest to fiance lol)
Snacks: a bowl of pineapple
Drinks:250ml diet coke (glass)+ camomile tea x 1 cup
Exercise: 10 mins
