Weightloss Diary continued

Sunday 20th March 2011

Breakfast: fruit + fibre with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: Half a tin of chicken soup and melba toast x6 (like small crackers- x6 = 78 cals!)

Dinner: Weightwatchers Hotpot

Drinks: 3x cup of Orange squash + a cup of blackcurrent squash

Exercise: 1 hours tidying the flat and hoovering
