Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 5 crackers with a small amount of philidelphia cheese (light) + a banana
Dinner: 2 jacket potatoes (1 small 1 meduium) + a garlic + herb chicken breast+salad+3 mushrooms. + a shape yoghurt (greek orange)
Drinks: 2 x 250ml orange squash + morrisons still water (pear&elderberry)
Exercise: 10 mins walking
