Weightloss Diary continued

Saturday 26th March 2011

Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: Small salad + fruit (1 banana, 1 apple,2 tangerines,+1 pear) + a greek orange low fat yoghurt.

Dinner: lightchoices beef lasange.

Drinks: morrisons flavoured still water + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2

Exercise: 10 mins walking
