Breakfast: a bowl of quakers porridge
Lunch: jacket potatoe (medium) + prawns+salad+a bit of coleslaw
Dinner: fruit salad (kiwi,mango,grapes) + shape yoghurt (strawberry) + 3 rivitas with philidelphia light cheese.
Snacks: an apple + a small box of apricot &raisins
Drinks: 250ml diet coke +morrisons flavoured water 250ml+ cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 10 mins walking
