Weightloss Diary continued

Friday 8th April 2011

Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: fruit salad (grapes,mango,kiwi)

Dinner: half a pack of mushroom stirfry + half a pack of spring onion noodles + A breast of chicken (small) + a weightwatchers moose (strawberry)

Drinks: 250ml diet coke x3

Exercise: 20 mins walking
