Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 5 small crackers with 2x piece of ham
Dinner: 1/2 pack of stirfry (mushroom) + 1/2 pack of rice noodles + a medium jacket potaote + 3x teaspoon of weightwatchers salad cream + a shape low fat yoghurt with a bowl of grapes and strawerrys
Exercise: 15 mins walking + 15 situps
Drinks: 3x glass of diet coke
