Weightloss Diary continued

Monday 18th April 2011

Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 4 strawberrys +1/2 an apple + 1 leg of chicken + 4 crackers

Dinner: 1/2 mushroom strifry + 1/2 rice noodles + 1 lef of chicken + a medium jacket potatoe

Drinks: 330ml flavoured water x2 tea with semi skimmed milk x1

Exercise: 10 mins walking + 20 situps + 30 squats
