Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: a bowl of grapes and strawberrys + a small handful from my graze box
Dinner: lightchoices lasanga + a shape yoghurt
Drinks: 0.. not good shall be having a glass of water x2 soon
Exercise: 20 mins treadmill + 20 situps + 30 squats
