Breakfast: 1 wheat-a-bix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 2 chicken legs (small) 5 crackers 1/2 tin of sweetcorn + an apple
Dinner: lightchoice chicken korma & rice + shape yoghurt
Drinks: 330ml diet coke + tea with semi skimmed milk +glass of orange squash x2
Exercise: 30 squats + 20 situps
