Weightloss Diary continued


Saturday 23rd April 2011

Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: chicken salad

Dinner: chicken with rice noodles + a jacket potatoe + salad with 1 teaspoon of salad cream + a shape yoghurt

Drinks: 330ml of orange juice x4 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2

Exercise: 30 squats & 25 sit ups
