Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: chicken salad with rice noodles

Dinner: roast beef + vegetables + a jacket potatoe with gravy

Drinks: 4x glass of orange squash +tea with semi skimmed milk x2
