Saturday 9th April 2011

Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: jacket potatoe with tuna +mayonaise+salad

Dinner: weightwatchers broccoli and mushroom wedges + a weightwatchers moose (strawberry)

Drinks: 250 ml diet coke x4

Exercise: 20 mins walking
