Weightloss Diary continued

Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 1 chicken leg +salad

Dinner: 2 Chicken legs + jacket potatoe +salad +sweetcorn

Dessert: weightwatchers strawberry yoghurt + a selection of mangos chopped up (160g)

Drinks: 250ml diet coke x3 + a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk

Exercise: 10 mins walking
