Saturday 30th April 2011

Breakfast: 1/2 bowl of porridge oats with fruit

Lunch: jacket potaote with prawns

Dinner: salad with a boiled egg + a slice of ham + chicken

Drinks: 1/2 bottle of water + a fruit booster from cafe denerios + a glass of blackcurrent
