Breakfast: x2 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: rivitax2 + slice of ham
Dinner: lightchoice beef lasanga with a jacket potatoe + salad + shape yoghurt
Drinks 2x glasses of juice + 2x tea with semi skimmed milk
Snacks- nibbled some pieces of chicken, with pepper + sweetcorn
