Breakfast: quick oats porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: spaghetti & meatballs lighchoices

Dinner: chicken leg & salad + sweetcorn + salad cream x2 teaspoons + aple and grape snack pack + toffee yoghurt weightwatchers
