Breakfast: quick oats porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: chicken leg roasted, jacket potatoe, salad + salad cream x2 teaspoons

Dinner: crabsticks x4, salad mix + apple and grape snack pack

Drinks: dietcoke x3 + flavoured waterx2 + tea with semi skimmed milk x1
