Breakfast: quick oats porridge with semi skimmed milk with blue berries x3
Lunch: dark rye rivitas x2 with light philidephia cheese and butter + a pear
Dinner: lightchoice spaghetti & meatballs+ jacket potatoe + weightwatchers dessert yoghurt + an apple
Snack: A pear
Drinks: tea with semi skimmed milk x2 + dietcoke x2
Exercise: 15 mins walking, 10 mins on the treadmill, 20 situps + 30 squats
