Sunday 15th May 2011

Breakfast: 2x wheatabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: a handful from my wellbeing box (graze) + a mango fruit cooler from costa coffee (192 calories)

Dinner: light choice meal with a jacket potatoe (medium) + a shape yoghurt

Drinks:2x tea with semi skimmed milk + juice x1
