Weightloss Diary continued

Monday 16th May 2011

Breakfast: 1 bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 30g of beef 30g of turkey + 30g gammon+ carrotts + swede+ brocolli+gravy (toby carvery)

Dinner: an apple & a shape yoghurt

Drinks: 3x diet cokes+ tea with semi skimmed milk x2
