Breakfast: Fruit
Snacks: 6x crabsticks
lunch: (had a picnic at the zoo with my other half) seafood selection box (mussels,prawns,crab) 10x crabsticks, a muller light yoghurt, snack-a-jacks(sweet chilli)
Dinner: roast chicken (1/2) with carrotts & broccoli gravy and a small jacket potatoe + fruit salad
Drinks: 4x glasses of diet coke
