Breakfast: A Bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 3x Chicken thigh + an apple
Dinner: 1/2 bag of noodle rice & 1/2 pack mushroom strifry + 2 teaspoons of salad cream+ a muller light rasberry yoghurt
Drinks: 3x diet coke +tea with semi skimmed milk
Exercise: 7 hours of running up and down stairs + heavy lifting + 30 squats + 20 situps
