Wednesday 18th May 2011

Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: rice noodles 1/2 pack + stirfry 1/2 pack

Dinner: jacket potatoe + salad + 2x small chicken thighs + a pear

Drinks: x3 diet coke + 1x tea with semi skimmed milk
