Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk + 5 blueberries
Lunch: fruit salad (melon.strawberry.grape) + a pear + weightwatchers toffee apple yoghurt
Dinner: lightchoice chicken korma with rice + a jacket potatoe + a weightwatchers raspberry yoghurt
Snacks: A Pear
Drinks: diet coke x4 + tea with semi skimmed milk x1
Exercise: 20 mins walking
