Weightloss Diary continued

Monday 23rd May 2011

Breakfast: a bowl of porridge oats with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: pink salmon tinned 1/2 with egg salad and sweetcorn with two teaspoons of salad cream

Dinner: light choices chicken korma with a jacket potatoe

Drinks: touch of peach volvic water x3 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
