Weightloss Diary continued

Tuesday 24th May 2011

Breakfast: quick oats porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: crabsticks x4 with a spoonful of salmon + salad+ salad cream x2 teaspoons (10g) + chicken thigh

Dinner: chicken thigh x2 with a jacket potatoe + corn on the cob with salad cream x1 teaspoon (5g) + a raspberry weightwatchers yoghurt

Drinks: diet coke x2 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
