Breakfast: quick oats porridge with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: small chicken thigh x2 with salad and a teaspoon of salad cream + a medium apple + a box of small apple and sultanna raisins.
Dinner: weightwatchers shepherds pie with a corn on the cob and salad + a weight watchers yoghurt
Drinks: diet coke x2 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
