Weightloss Diary continued

Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl

Lunch: tuna in brine (80g) rocket salad+ salad cream x2 tea spoons + an apple + satsuma

Dinner: shepheards pie weight watchers + a jacket potatoe + a vanilla weight watchers yoghurt.
